Fuji icon Saheed Osupa has delved into the real estate sector with the announcement of Osupa Boulevard.

Legendary Fuji music icon and cultural ambassador, Saheed Osupa, has committed ₦2 billion to a landmark housing initiative aimed at expanding homeownership opportunities for his fans in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State.

The project follows his acquisition of 50 hectares of land from Harmony Gardens & Estate Development Ltd, where a new residential estate, Osupa Boulevard, will be developed within Harmony Casa 2.0, one of the fast-emerging property corridors in the Lekki axis.

Designed as a fan-focused housing scheme, Osupa Boulevard is expected to deliver about 300 housing units and serviced plots, offering subscribers flexible ownership options made possible through a strategic partnership with the Ibile Traditional Mortgage System.

Industry observers describe the initiative as one of the most ambitious celebrity-driven housing interventions in Nigeria, particularly at a time when demand for land and property in Ibeju-Lekki continues to surge due to major infrastructure projects such as the Lekki Free Trade Zone and the Dangote Refinery.

Under the arrangement, Saheed Osupa committed a ₦2 billion payment guarantee on behalf of his fans, enabling immediate land allocation by Harmony Gardens once subscribers make their initial deposits. Interested buyers can secure plots with an initial payment of ₦5 million, begin construction immediately, and spread the balance over three to six months.

The initiative is designed to remove common barriers faced by musicians, creatives, and fans who often struggle with access to credible real estate opportunities and flexible financing structures.

Beyond land ownership, the Fuji icon also entered into a second agreement with Harmony Gardens to provide ready-built housing options within the estate. Under this plan, subscribers can purchase completed homes and spread payments over a five-year period, further easing access to homeownership.

Real estate analysts note that the scheme combines celebrity influence, mortgage-backed guarantees, and flexible payment structures—a model rarely deployed at this scale in Nigeria’s property market.

Confirming the development in a statement shared on his Instagram page, Saheed Osupa described the project as both an investment opportunity and a legacy initiative for his fans.

According to him, the project goes beyond commercial interest, offering fans a chance to build lasting wealth and secure their future through property ownership.

Harmony Gardens & Estate Development Ltd welcomed the partnership, noting that Osupa Boulevard aligns with its mission of expanding access to affordable, well-titled land and housing in Ibeju-Lekki while maintaining quality infrastructure.

With rising interest in land for sale in Ibeju-Lekki, property experts believe Osupa Boulevard could emerge as one of the most sought-after residential estates in the Lekki corridor, driven by the credibility of the Ibile Traditional Mortgage System and the cultural influence of Saheed Osupa.
