The EFCC disclosed this in a statement posted on its X handle on Monday, August 10.
According to the anti-graft agency, operatives of its Maiduguri Zonal Directorate arrested Dahiru at Tashan Bama, along Bama Road, following credible intelligence about his activities.

The EFCC added that “a sum of N3,000,000.00 (Three Million Naira) was recovered from him upon his arrest.
“He will be charged to court upon conclusion of investigations.”
