The Bauchi State Judiciary has announced the official commencement of the Bauchi State High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules, 2026.
The Honourable Chief Judge of Bauchi State has duly signed the new Rules, which will take effect from Wednesday, 28th January 2026. Consequently, the Bauchi State High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules, 2022 shall cease to apply from Tuesday, 27th January 2026.
All stakeholders—including High Court Judges, legal practitioners (both public and private), and members of the general public—are hereby notified and advised to take due note of this development.
Copies of the Bauchi State High Court (Civil Procedure) Rules, 2026 are available for purchase at the Office of the Chief Registrar, High Court of Justice, Bauchi, at the cost of Ten Thousand Naira (₦10,000.00) only.
