The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, will proceed on its 2026 annual vacation from Monday, August 3, 2026, to Friday, September 25, 2026.
The Chief Judge of the FCT High Court, Hon. Justice Husseini Baba-Yusuf, announced the vacation in a notice addressed to all judges of the court.
According to the notice, the annual vacation was declared pursuant to the powers conferred on the Chief Judge under Order 48 Rule 4(a) of the Rules of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory.
The court is scheduled to resume normal sitting on Monday, September 28, 2026.
Justice Baba-Yusuf, while communicating the vacation arrangement to the judges, wished them a restful and rewarding vacation.
