The management of Elizade University, Ilara-Mokin, Ondo State, said it has received full accreditation for its law programme from the National Universities Commission.
It said other courses were also accredited by the NUC.
This was contained in a statement by the Registrar of the university, Omololu Adegbenro, on Friday titled, ‘Elizade University gets full accreditation in law, six others’.
It said the six other programmes run by the university were Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, English, Computer Science and Microbiology.
The statement added, “The letter conveying the approval, dated August 2, 2021, and signed by the Director of Accreditation of the National Universities Commission, Dr Maryam Sali, indicated that the full accreditation status is valid for five years.
“It would be recalled that all other programmes run by the University had earlier earned full accreditation from the National Universities Commission as well as from the relevant professional bodies.”
