Following a landmark February handover completed in under a year, the Legal City and Gidi Real Estate partnership allocates a fresh wave of homes to subscribers on Thursday.
Mowe Golf Town holds a physical allocation for its subscribers on Thursday, the company stated in a statement on Thursday.
The company explained that the exercise marks the estate’s second major allocation milestone of the year and reinforces a delivery record that has quickly set the project apart in Nigeria’s real estate sector.
“Today’s allocation follows a landmark handover in February 2026, when Mowe Golf Town delivered its first completed homes to early investors barely 11 months after breaking ground, a rare feat that underscored its speed of execution and the confidence of its buyers,” the statement read in part.
Mowe Golf Town is a partnership between Legal City and Gidi Real Estate and Investment Limited. Legal City, led by Barrister Adaku Chibuike-Ochiuwa, the co-founder and appointed Chief Executive of Mowe Golf Town and Executive Director at Legal City Limited, manages the entire project end-to-end, including project delivery, staff and contractors, with civil and structural works executed by Gidi Civil and Sauve Extrusion.
“They told us luxury could not live this far out. We did not argue with them. We built. We are not selling land. We are engineering luxury living from the ground up. Selected properties will be handed over from late October into November, and we are working relentlessly to make the entire estate one hundred percent habitable by December,” said Barrister Adaku Chibuike-Ochiuwa, Co-Founder and Chief Executive of Mowe Golf Town and Executive Director at Legal City.
Momentum on site has been relentless. Since April, the estate has more than doubled its built footprint, scaling from 18 structures to over 40 units of high-demand two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes at its Green Residences.
Construction of the Golf Driving Range and central Games Area is nearing completion, infrastructure works at Creekview are fully underway, and execution has begun on the master vision, the Golf Town, the Golf Club and the Golf Cottages, alongside the official commencement of Green Residences Phase Two.
The company says today’s allocation is part of a deliberate cadence of delivery designed to keep faith with subscribers and to build on the momentum of 2025.
Mowe Golf Town is a master-planned golf estate in Mowe, developed through a partnership between Legal City and Gidi Real Estate and Investment Limited.
