Activist files NAFDAC petition against Apostle Fufeyin’s healing products

Alleged non-registration of products

Social media activist Martins Otse, popularly known as VerydlDarkMan, has filed a petition with the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) regarding the healing products sold by Apostle Jeremiah Fufeyin, the Head Prophet of Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry.

VerydlDarkMan has been questioning the authenticity of the prophet’s miracle products, raising concerns about whether NAFDAC has approved them for sale. In response to the activist’s social media posts, Apostle Fufeyin slapped him with a N1 billion lawsuit, which only fueled VerydlDarkMan’s determination to investigate the matter further.

To test the efficacy of the products, VerydlDarkMan claims to have taken them to the homes of disabled individuals. He also discovered that the miracle product lacks a NAFDAC registration number, prompting him to visit the agency’s office and file a formal complaint.

In a video shared on social media, VerydlDarkMan can be seen inside the NAFDAC building, filling out the complainant’s form. He stated that he has submitted the complaint and is now waiting to see if the agency will take appropriate action or attempt to sweep the issue under the rug.

The news has garnered mixed reactions from social media users. Some have praised VerydlDarkMan for his actions, while others have cautioned him to protect himself from those he is reporting.

@omo_pa_so commented, “This pastor just dey busy dey pray for others, him no pray for himself make him no jam agbako. Now agbako don jam man of god.”

@emkisolo expressed support, saying, “I actually like what he is doing.”

@Timmynaijaa advised, “VDM, always protect yourself from those you are reporting. E get why, protect your life, and don’t walk or move around alone.”

@Muizayo__ warned, “If you like wahala reach this guy your life don sp0il.”

The controversy surrounding Apostle Fufeyin’s healing products has sparked a debate about the regulation of religious products and the role of NAFDAC in ensuring public safety. The outcome of VerydlDarkMan’s

complaint remains to be seen as the agency investigates the matter.
