Mr. Onyemenam SAN, made this known via a condolence letter, personally signed by him and addressed to the Chairperson of NBA Sapele Branch. The said letter was also made available to ASKLEGALPALACE.
The letter reads;

“I received the very sad news yesterday night of the passing on of one of the greatest Bar Leaders of our time, an Advocate par excellence and patriarch of the popular Odebala Dynasty.”
“His passing on is a huge loss to the entire Members of the N.B.A. Sapele Branch, the Mid-West Bar Forum and indeed the entire Legal profession in Nigeria.”
“May I on behalf of the Executive Committee of the Mid-West Bar Forum, the distinguished Learned Silks, Bar Leaders, N.B.A. Branch Chairmen and Members of the Mid-West Bar Forum, extend our heart-felt sympathy to you and to the entire Members of N.B.A. Sapele Branch on this great loss.”
“Kindly also convey our deepest sympathy to the Family of the great sage who has produced several distinguished Legal Practitioners amongst whom are Hon. Ojaife Odebala, former Member of the Delta State House of Assembly.”
“We however thank God for a fruitful life well spent and pray that God grants him eternal rest, amen.”
