Linkage Assurance Plc has approved the appointment of Mr Pius Otia as its non-executive director.

The company said in a statement that the approval was communicated to the chairman of its board through a letter dated December 8, 2021.

It said, “Mr Pius Otia is a seasoned public servant and businessman. He is the managing director, Prime Project Montessori/Model School Ltd, Yenagoa.

“He is a former member of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly. Mr Otia holds B.Sc. Political Admin. Studies and MBA (Accounting) both from the University of Port Harcourt.”
