Towards achieving its 2025 vision, the management and top staff of Adron are converged for a weeklong national retreat.

Themed “The CEO’s Retreat: Beyond and Above 2025,” the retreat, which ends on Sunday, targets equipping Adron Homes team leads with actionable insights to lead their teams toward achieving the company’s ambitious goals for 2025 and beyond.

The retreat is driven at evolving enhanced strategies, reinforcing visionary leadership, resource efficiency, and innovation.

Chairman of Adron Homes, Adetola Emmanuelking, tasked the company directors and chief Executive Officers with dedication as the foundation of success.

“The greatest secret to performance is commitment,” Emmanuelking said.

The Vice Chairman, Aderonke Emmanuelking shared practical strategies for maximizing resources.
