The PMN stated these in a communiqué signed by its President, Mallam Bello Abdulkadir, and issued after a meeting on the #EndSARS protest in Abuja.
The group further called for serious efforts at sensitising the citizens to the procedures and processes of protests and demonstrations as prescribed and guaranteed by the laws of the country, while ensuring enhanced training for law enforcement officers as to the acceptable rule of engagement when addressing citizens’ protests.
