MESSRS Richygold International has completed its estate located in Apo Dutse District Area, Abuja.
The estate christened Richygold Estate comprises 96 units, of which 90 per cent has already been snapped up was conceived in 2012 and by 2014 the investors kick-started the project.
Chairman, Richygold International, HRH Chief Richard Agbapuru said residents are really pleased about how secure the estate is, the facilities maintenance management, the clean open drainage system, the peaceful environment and a feedback system that allows owners, facilities managers and residents to communicate regularly.
The houses and apartments, ranging from N25 million to N80 million with world-class facilities such as street and security lights, standard waste-bins collection, a private transformer, an interlock road system, a supermarket and children’s playground
The commissioning of the estate attracted Festus Okoye, Chairman of PWAN Group, Dr. Mac Austin Onwumere and other dignitaries.
Agbapuru recounted hurdles and challenges they had to face such as lack of road access to the site, government regulations, different task forces on shakedown missions, and the indigenous community making regular financial demands with threats of disrupting work, adding the motivating factor was the idea of providing affordable housing to Nigerians, others living and working in Abuja.
The company said its objective remains to provide convenient and affordable housing to Nigerians, as well as join the property market.
