Amidst the rising challenge of housing deficit in Nigeria, D’Armani Real Estate, a subsidiary of D’Armani Group of Companies, has begun operations in Lagos and Ibadan, the Oyo State capital.
According to a statement by the company, the operations will commence immediate in a move designed to spread the operations of the company across Nigeria in the coming years.
The statement read in part, “”This move is meant to modernise and advance the experience of buying, selling and developing real estate in Nigeria.”
“In the coming months, investors, buyers and sellers are expected to have investable projects in locations like: Moniya,Ibadan; Ibeju Lekki, Lagos; Aerodrome,Ibadan; Bodija, Ibadan; Apata, Ibadan and more.
The company also pledged to bridge the gap of housing deficit in Nigeria through amazing deals to every member of the society.
“We are set to open up Nigerians to the realities and possibilities of owning their own properties with ease,” the statement further read.
