EKEDC General Manager, Corporate Communications, Godwin Idemudia, in a statement, said: “It is unbelievable that these acts are still happening in this age and time despite several appeals by the company to customers to make use of all our complaints resolution channels as well as being civil instead of resorting to self-help. It is rather barbaric to inflict injury on another person while carrying out his lawful duties.” Idemudia urged customers to always seek diplomatic means and engagement in settling grievances. Customers are encouraged to make use of available resolution channels such as the EKEDC website; ekedp.com, 24/7 Customer Complaints Unit line.
