The Managing Director of the Ore Industrial Park, Mr Femi Akinkuebi, has said 120,000 youths will be employed within 12 years by the management of the Park.
Akinkuebi, according to a statement on Wednesday, said the Akeredolu-led administration would avail youths, small and medium scale business owners the platform to thrive by growing their respective business enterprise.
The Ore Industrial Park, according to him, was a public-private partnership between the Ondo State Government and Hessmac Industry Limited.
He said, “The Ore Industrial Park was created by the Akeredolu-led administration to eradicate poverty, improve the standard of living, boost wealth creation, unleash the nation’s industrial potential, and build a reputation for Nigeria in technology and industrialisation.
“There are about six companies currently on the ground while more companies will soon start working at the park. The Ore Industrial Park has the capacity to employ not less than 120,000 workforces within 12 years at the park.
Akinkuebi added that the park was designed to provide a world-class infrastructure and ultra-fast operational efficiency, as well as proximity to raw materials and target markets.
