The reconciliation efforts by the Peoples Democratic Party over the outcome of the recent national convention of the party seems to have failed.
This is because, one of the national chairmanship aspirants at the convention, Prof. Taoheed Adedoja has asked a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja to declare the outcome of the convention a nullity.
Adedoja, through his lawyer, Mr. Rickey Taffa, said that he was excluded from the chairmanship race.
Instead of his name, the former minister of Youths and Sports said that instead of his name, the convention committee used “Taoheed Oladoja”
He said it was wrong to say he scored zero after the convention when his name was not actually on the ballot papers.
Details later.
