Leading from the front, our esteemed President has made a generous donation to kickstart this critical fundraising process, and we have witnessed an outpouring of support from across the country.
Recognizing the urgent need, the President has also dispatched a team to Maiduguri to conduct on-the-ground impact assessments and provide immediate assistance. We can confirm that the flood has dealt a truly unfair hand to some of our colleagues, leaving them in a state of distress.
While Nigerians and Lawyers are renowned for their resilience, even we have our limits when faced with such overwhelming adversity. It is in these moments that our humanity shines the brightest, and we must come together to comfort, care for, and uplift those among us who are facing the darkest of times.
