The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has appealed the ruling of the Federal High Court, Abuja, which set aside the nullification of the suspension of the General Secretary of the Association, Mrs. Joyce Oduah.

The NBA through its legal team have also filed a motion for a stay of execution of the Court’s ruling.
