A Real estate firm, Veritasi Homes, has said it is committed to leveraging proceeds from its commercial programme worth N10bn to develop innovative building structures.

The Chief Executive Officer of the firm, Nola Adetola announced the plan for the funds in a statement.

He said in April, Veritasi signed its commercial paper programme worth N10bn.

“The CP programme, approved through the Board Listings and Markets Committee of the Financial Market Dealers Quotation Securities Exchange, is the largest exchange in Nigeria,” the statement said.

Nola said, “We are delighted that the proceeds from the issuance of the CP will be applied to develop superior real estate projects designed for clients at home and in the diaspora.

“Our commitment as a brand to building trustworthy business remains undaunted, and we look forward to future engagements with the capital market.”

The company said it was developing its priority project, Itunu City, which was designed to play host to a dynamic business environment by combing today’s modern business infrastructure to create a conducive space as it marks its fifth anniversary.
