In a sudden turn of events, a frontrunner in the race for NBA Abuja Branch Chairman, Mr. Ahunanya Onyedikachi has announced that he is stepping down for Mr. Obioma Ezenwobodo who now emerges unopposed in the race to lead the Unity Bar.

In his letter dated 8thJune, 2022, Mr. Ahunanya who is principal Partner of Legal234.com informed the Chairman of the NBA Abuja Branch Electoral Committee of the development stating that he would be conceding to Mr. Obioma “out of respect for the Bar’s tradition of seniority in the belief that my sacrifice will strengthen and further unify the Branch in the interest of the collective good of all members.”

Mr. Ahunanya urged his supporters to support Mr. Ezenwobodo and other members of the Executive Committee in the elections and going forward.
