Jigawa State governor Mohammed Badaru has stepped down for former Lagos State governor Bola Tinubu.
Badaru made the announcement at the ongoing presidential primary election of the All Progressives Congress (APC) at the Eagles Square in Abuja.
The governor’s endorsement of Tinubu comes after Ekiti State governor Kayode Fayemi, former House of Representatives speaker Dimeji Bankole, former Ogun State governor Ibikunle Amosun, Boroofice stepped down for the APC national leader.
