Justice Taiwo Taiwo of the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has rescheduled judgment in a suit seeking to sack the Cross River State Governor, Ben Ayade, and his Deputy, Ivara Esu, over their defection from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC) to April 6, 2022.

The judge had earlier slated the judgment for yesterday, March 25. But the case list indicated that the judgment would now be delivered on April 6.

The defendants in the suit marked FHC/ABI/CS/975/2021 is APC, Esu, Ayade and INEC, which was filed by the PDP.
