Justice S. A. Olaitan of the Lagos High Court sitting at Epe Judicial Division has granted an interim order stopping the Lagos State Government, Taskforce and its other agencies from demolishing the houses and properties of Edu Descendants Family at Lekki-Epe Express Road, Epe Local Government Area of Lagos State.

ASKLEGALPALACE recall that the properties and land, as stated are those covered by the Agricultural Certificate of Occupancy (CofO) issued and allocated by the Lagos State Government.

The Hon. Justice S. A. Olaitan made the interim order pursuant to an application filed by the lawyer to the Edu family and after hearing the Lagos State Government.

Case adjourned.
