*Says It Has No Affiliation With Any Entity By The Name “CASHLION or TRUENAIRA *Urges The Public To Disregard The Letter
The Law firm of Templars & Associates has raised an alarm over the use of its name and insignias such as logo, letterhead, website etc by unauthorised persons for unlawful and fraudulent purposes.
The firm in a disclaimer notice sighted by ASKLEGALPALACE noted; “It has come to our notice that our firm’s name, logo, website and physical addresses, as well as certain names such as (Templers, Templar Law, etc) apparently calculated to resemble the name of our firm have recently been used, and are currently being used, fraudulently in correspondence and otherwise by unauthorised persons purporting to act in the name of our firm or similar styled name.”
The firm in the disclaimer clarified that its full legal name is Templars & Associates while also rejecting any connection or affiliation with any entity by the name “CASHLION or TRUENAIRA or any other similar organization”.
The disclaimer also denied association or usage of the email address templarslawnigeria@gmail.com.
The firm urges its client to be mindful and to report any suspicious activity that comes to their notice in this regard.
