A private developer, Messrs Joebass Property Ltd has allocated plots of land to subscribers in its multi-billionaire estate located within Eleko Junction, Lekki Expressway, Lagos.

The estate known as Delight Estate sits on 25 hectares of land and is been develop by Joebass Property Ltd. About 50 plots subscribers received their position recently.

Speaking recently at the plots allotment event, the Chairman of Joebass Property Ltd, Dr. Bassey, explained that when fully completed the estate would house a total of 375 families within the prime property zone of Dangote refinery, Alaro City, Lekki Free Trade Zone, Shoprite, Pan Atlantic University, etc

That, at every stage of construction, his firm will ensure that acceptable standards, quality, and integrity were maintained. “We never compromise any standard in this pilot project. Everything we put there is verifiable, the sizes of blocks, the amount of cement and type of iron rods,” he said.

The Managing Director, Joebass Property Ltd, Dr. Oluwaseyi, noted that all the subscribers will enjoy all the facilities provided in the estate and that there are available plots for sale.

He described the all-inclusive celebration as a welcome development and pointed out that the accomplishment also represents a further reduction in the housing deficit in the country.

The Legal Officer, Barr. David Ogungbemi, said that the land has a genuine title with Certificate of Occupancy C-OF-O without Omo-Onile troubles.
