Megamound Investment Limited, a real estate firm, has announced partnership with the Lagos Building Investment Company to provide housing units in the Surulere and Lekki suburbs of Lagos.

A statement by the firm’s Head of Sales and Marketing, Marian Ofen-Imu, revealed that the firm was presently giving attention to its Greater Lagos County Apartments located in Surulere and Willcrown Apartments located in the Ikota corridor of Lekki.

She explained that in Surulere, the company was building one-, two-, and three-bedroom private residences of sizes ranging from 43 to 135 square meters.

Ofen-Imu said, “Each apartment incorporates a distinctive design with modern innovation to create homes with unique settings of spacious living.

The distinctive features of the 100-unit estate include uninterrupted 24-hour electricity supply, central water heating system, internet facilities, among others.

In a bid to attract buyers, the company is offering incentives such as a minimum down payment of 20 per cent to secure an allocation with the rest payable in installments according to the elected payment plan.

Ofen-Imu added that mortgage facilities could be accessed by prospective buyers for a seven-year tenor for Greater Lagos County Apartments and 10 years for Willcrown Apartments.
