Real Estate Firm Highlights Benefits Of Lagos-Ogun Joint Commission

A real estate business expert and Chief Executive Officer of Aerofield Homes Limited, Mr Tope Akintunde, has highlighted the benefits of the recently introduced Lagos-Ogun Joint Commission by Governors Dapo Abiodun and Babajide Sanwo.

According to him, the initiative will boost economic growth and create more jobs in two states, adding that the development will change the face of development in the South-West region.

Akintunde, in a statement on Friday, described the move as a bold step which would impact and fast track the growth of businesses and infrastructure in the region.

He said what drives economies all over the world was partnership, noting that ”it is in light of this reality that I want to say synergies and initiatives like this are a welcome development.”

“They are good steps towards maximising the abundant potentials in human, financial and other natural resources that will ultimately help in creating a better society and make life more bearable for all,” he said.

The estate merchant highlighted further that it was under an initiative like this that both governors were combining strength to fix the impassable Sagamu-Ogijo-Ikorodu as well as the Abeokuta-Sango-Lagos expressway among others.
