Stakeholders in the financial sector have endorsed the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of real estate company, Eximia Realty Company limted, Hakeem Ogunniran.
In a statement titled ‘Real estate author celebrates big CEOs endorsement, set to host event for new book’, he expressed delight after moguls and stakeholders of the real estate industry lauded him for his new book project titled “The laws and practice of Real Estate Investment Trusts.”
Ogunniran, who is also the chairman of the Lagos Building Investment Company Plc, expressed his gratitude to everyone who reviewed and endorsed the book.

He stated that the public presentation of the book scheduled to hold on Wednesday, would feature a webinar where five renowned real estate experts from United States, South Africa and Nigeria would speak substantially on “Real rstate: Innovative financing solutions post COVID-19.”
“The book launch under the chairmanship of Prince Yemi Adefulu, expects dignitaries including the President of the Nigerian Bar Association, Olu Akpata; Lagos State Commissioner of Finance, Dr Rabiu Olowo; Pro-Chancellor of the Ekiti State University, Prof. Bamitale Omole; Chairman Titan Trust Bank, Rev Tunde Lemo, and many others,” the statement said.
It stated that The REIT book is a comprehensive guide on real estate financing and investment.
The statement said it elucidated the legal framework of the Real Estate Investment Trusts and practice-related issues, thereby serving as a useful resource for lawyers, professional advisers, capital market operators, students and researchers on securitisation and asset-backed securities.
