Real estate development group, LandWey Investment Limited, has commenced the first wellness and polo city called Isimi Lagos in Epe.
It disclosed this in a statement on Saturday titled ‘H1, Isimi Lagos: Nigeria’s no 1 wellness & Polo City to launch in 2021’.
“Isimi Lagos, situated on 124 hectares of land and on the north side of the Lekki Lagoon, is a significant confluence between technology, architecture and nature,” it stated.
While noting that Isimi is a Yoruba word, it translated it as peace of mind, adding that Isimi Lagos would give peace of mind to its future residents and visitors.
It stated that the nature-inspired model of Isimi did not only lay the foundation for economic development of the Lagos metropolis, it also signalled a motion towards turning Nigeria into a new international destination on the continent’s tourist map, it stated.
Isimi Lagos presented a timely invention and escape from the hustle and bustle of Lagos living in a city that thrived majorly on a teeming population and vibrant demography, it said.
The Chief Executive Officer, LandWey, Mr Olawale Ayilara, said, “ISIMI Lagos will dramatically alter what we currently consider the norm in Lagos.
“It will be a living experience like none other. As soon as you walk in, you will just be able to feel your stress melt away.”
He explained that it offered both work and living spaces emboldened with high-speed Internet and uninterrupted power to boost the efficiency of the residents, and an eco-friendly transportation system with hybrid electric vehicles and bicycles, great for an active lifestyle.
According to the statement, the city is accessible via land, water or air as the resort has accommodation for helicopters (helipad) and boats (Jetty).
It stated that it would also have five mini estates called ‘Clusters’, each with a lakeside view, as well as a school, hospital, farm and restaurant.
With a remarkable diverse lifestyle within nature and an ecosystem to meet high-quality life in addition to a large-scale and world-class hospitality industry, it added, Isimi Lagos would not be merely a recreational location but a top city, business and luxury product in Nigeria.
