The Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) is calling on customers that Banks and Insurance Companies should submit their statements as prescribed by section 273 of the 2020 CAMA through courier services pending the full deployment of the electronic interface.
This is contained in a notice signed by the management sighted by ASKLEGALPALACE correspondent at the Commission’s Twitter handle
The Notice reads in part, “The Commission wishes to inform its esteemed customers that pending full deployment of the electronic interface for the filing of the statement under schedule 14, Banking, Financial and Insurance companies, as well as deposit, provided and benefit societies are hereby advised to submit the statement with the Commission as prescribed by section 733 of Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020, through any of the designated courier companies.”

The Commission urged customers to download the forms through its website and accordingly pay the prescribed fees
“Customers can download the form CAC 18 from the Commission’s website at www.cac.gov.ng and pay the prescribed filing fee of Five Thousand Naira (N5, 000) and another sum of Five Thousand Naira (N5, 000) for Certified True Copy through remita.net” the Notice reads
