THE Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has released 12 Chapters Policy Book encompassing all the details of discussions that took place at the 2019 Annual General Conference (AGC) of the Association which held in August 2019 with the theme “Facing the Future”.

In a Notice dated 29/04/2020 signed by the National Assistant Publicity Secretary, Akorede Habeeb Lawal, Esq, NBA says it is “an effort at building an institutional memory and in order to retain the gains of the engagements at the Conference and to be reminded of all that was said and done in our quest to ‘face the future'”
The Policy Book states the Objectives, Backgrounds, Issues/Challenges, and Recommendations of each and every topic discussed in all the sessions at the 59th Annual General Conference.

“The Policy Book was adopted and launched by the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the NBA at its meeting of 5/12/2019.

“It is our hope that this effort will go a long way in guiding and quickening our steps to a better future for the practice of the legal profession,” Lawal said
