The 30-year-old lawyer was arraigned on four counts bordering on conspiracy, attempted murder and conduct likely to cause the breach of peace, which he pleaded not guilty to.
The police alleged that Adedokun, in August at Ogombo village in the Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State, hired 10 hoodlums to allegedly kill the complainants, claiming that a land they occupied belongs to his family.
The prosecutor, Steven Molo, said the defendant conducted himself in a manner likely to cause breach of the peace.
According to him, the offences contravened sections 56(a), 168(d), 230(1) and 411 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
The presiding magistrate, O.O. Oshin, admitted the defendant to bail on self-recognition and ordered him to deposit his Certificate of Call to Bar to the court.
The magistrate adjourned the case till November 14, 2019 for mention.
