Ad hoc workers recruited bythe Independent National Electoral Commission in Osun State for the general elections say they are disappointment with the postponement of the polls.
Those who spoke with our correspondent on Saturday said they were never thought the polls would be postponed.
One of the INEC ad hoc workers posted to Ibokun, the headquarters of Obokun Local Government Area of the state, who identified himself simply as Adebayor, said they worked on electoral materials until 2am on Saturday.
He said, “Although we got the feeling that elections might not hold on Friday evening, no one told us anything.”
Some corps members on election duty in Ile Ife, Osogbo and Ila, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said they were not happy with the postponement of the elections.
